PlayVersusAI is a small independent project rather than a company with a support department, so there is no phone line or live chat — but the flip side is that your message goes directly to the people who build the site, and a surprising number of the games here exist because someone emailed and asked.

You don't need to follow a template, but a few details save a round trip and get things fixed much faster.
Tell us the game, your browser and device (for example "Chrome on Windows" or "Safari on an iPhone"), what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. A screenshot is worth several paragraphs. If a game refuses to load at all, try a hard refresh first (Ctrl+F5, or Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac) — that resolves it more often than not.
These get priority, because a game that enforces the wrong rule is worse than no game. Send the sequence of moves that produced the incorrect behaviour, or a screenshot of the position, and tell us which rule you believe was applied wrongly.
Name the game and, if there are regional variations, which ruleset you mean — Mancala alone has dozens. Games with clear, well-defined rules and a sensible board size are the easiest to implement well. We can't add anything that depends on trademarked names or licensed artwork.
Genuinely useful to us. If an opponent feels too easy, too hard, or simply wrong — making moves no reasonable player would — tell us the game and difficulty level. Tuning notes from real players are how the engines get better.
Email us from the address registered to your account and ask for deletion. We remove the account, its statistics, and its stored games within 30 days and confirm when it's done. See the privacy policy for what we hold and why, and the cookie policy for tracking and advertising.
Use the same address with "Press" or "Advertising" in the subject line and it will be routed appropriately.
