• All game data is recorded and stored on our servers.
• Game replays may be publicly viewable through the replay system by any user of the Service.
• Game results, including wins, losses, and draws, appear on public leaderboards alongside your username.
• We may use game data for analytics, site improvements, and promotional purposes.

5 Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to the website design, game implementations, AI algorithms, graphics, logos, and text — are the exclusive property of PlayVersusAI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users retain no ownership rights over game data, replays, or any content generated through use of the Service. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written permission.

6 AI Training

By playing games on PlayVersusAI, you acknowledge and agree that game data — including move sequences, strategies, and outcomes — may be used to train, improve, and develop the AI opponents on the platform.

This data helps us create stronger and more engaging AI opponents for all users. Game data used for AI training is processed in aggregate and is not tied to personally identifiable information.

7 Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently ban any account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms of Service.
• Detection of suspicious activity, including bot usage or automated play patterns.
• Abusive, harassing, or disruptive behavior toward other users or the platform.
• Creating multiple accounts to evade a previous suspension or ban.

Suspended or banned users may lose access to their game history, leaderboard rankings, and all other account data.

8 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
